At TrailBlaze, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below

We offer refunds on eligible products and services under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Certain products, such as digital downloads or custom-made items, may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue or reason for the refund

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

3. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Refunds may not be available for the following:

  • Products that are not returned in their original condition or packaging

  • Digital products, unless they are defective or malfunctioning

  • Services that have already been rendered or completed

4. Processing Time for Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, it may take up to 1 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital content

  • Custom orders or personalized products

6. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the exchange process.
